Deteriorating conditions, unstable materials, wild animals, hazaardous airborne chemicals, etc. can cause bodily harm.

 

TPP Does not encourage or condone tresspassing.  When at all possible please make arrangements with land and property owners before entering premisis.  This will also help facilitate a non-contaminated site for your investigations.  Be prepared to honor the land and property owners wishes or face a fine.   You can also offer to sign a waiver that might help owners feel more comfortable with your presance.

2.  (1)  Every person who is not acting under a right or authority conferred by law and who,

(a) without the express permission of the occupier, the proof of which rests on the defendant,

(i) enters on premises when entry is prohibited under this Act, or

(ii) engages in an activity on premises when the activity is prohibited under this Act; or

(b) does not leave the premises immediately after he or she is directed to do so by the occupier of the premises or a person authorized by the occupier, is guilty of an offence and on conviction is liable to a fine of not more than $2,000. R.S.O. 1990, c. T.21, s. 2 (1).

 

FOR YOUR SPIRITUAL HEALTH:  Weather you are a believer or a skeptic, please be aware that negetive energies can follow you home.  There is no one right way to protect yourself against such things.  If you are a person of Faith than Holy objects, tailasmans, and such can be used to cleanse yourself after visiting a site.  Find a way that works for you.

 

SPIRIT PROVOCATION:  While provoking spirits through inflamitory comments and actions has proven to be successful for many ghost hunters, it is not recommended for those that are just starting out or those that are extremely fearful.  Even the most seasoned hunters have experienced negative affects to their lives because of provocation and negative energies.  Cleansing, before returning home, is highly recommended.
